A new work by contemporary artist Dmitrijs Lavrentjevs has been added to the online auction platform Art Platz Auction – the sculpture “Apocalypse”, one of the central pieces displayed in the artist’s major solo exhibition of the same title. The sculpture is created from wood, peat glue, and porcelain tile fragments, symbolizing the merge of various material narratives and the interaction between the human-made environment and nature. The sculpture “Apocalypse” (Lot 2024/0317) is now open for online bidding.
