Art Platz Auction’s March selection features paintings by Edgars Vinters, a leading Latvian landscape and plein-air painter of the second half of the 20th century. In his paintings, the artist captures the interplay of light and colour, conveying the distinctive atmosphere of each season and the changing rhythms of nature. Among the works available for online bidding are "Winter River" (Lot 2026/0349) and "Spring Landscape" (Lot 2022/0216). The seasonal moods and impressions of nature found in Edgars Vinters’ paintings can also be experienced in the exhibition "Time on the Move", on view at Art Platz Gallery until 25 April.
